I am always looking for new ways to make zucchini and I’ve never tried this one. I’ll probably use butter but half that much. Next summer.

    I don’t know about the steaming. Our mothers were taught that vegetables should be overcooked. Zucchini goes from toothsome to mush in an eye blink and that usually happens when you cover the pan.
