It’s pretty much impossible for me to look at photos of that day without making fun of Bob’s glasses and my doughy white arms.

You were/ARE beautiful! And the glasses just help set the decade. I told my mother she had to remove her glasses during our wedding pictures and she later told me how mad that made her. So then I pointed out her picture in our wedding album and said, “See? Look how pretty you are without the glasses screaming ‘1980’!” She was still mad, though.
