So, does Toyota think we’ll be less pissed if we know nothing of the status of our car instead of calling us and telling us they still don’t have the part? I don’t understand why they wait for us to call them. Do they think I have nothing better to do with my car than park it across town?
This has not been the most optimal holiday season.
